Refund Policy

In the event that you wish to cancel a rental that you made via USSelfStorageLocator.com, the following policies will apply:

Cancellation Prior to Move-In Date: If you request a refund prior to midnight the day before your move- in date, USSelfStorageLocator.com will refund you the full Transaction Amount, that is 100% of what you paid, provided you did not occupy your Rental Space, Why? Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with the service provided by USSelfStorageLocator.com. All you need to do is call us or e-mail us your request.

No Refunds or Pro-rations After Move-In Date: If your Move-in Date has passed, USSelfStorageLocator.com does not issue refunds.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten (2-10) business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
